Advising Generation Z's (AGZ) 501(c)(3) Discipline Reimagined Journey (DRJ) Initiative is a multi-tiered initiative designed to transform culture and establish behavior accountability for youth, families, and staff. DRJ guides youth-serving organizations within the same geographic area through a cross-sector collaboration process, equipping them with a structured framework to co-create safer schools, build stronger communities, lower youth crime, protect mental health, and implement wraparound support services for high-needs youth. By providing curriculum, training, and incentives, DRJ empowers organizations to implement proactive, reactive, and ongoing interventions that support staff development and prepare youth ages 8-24 for the next stages in their lives, such as graduation, college, career, or military pathways.

Texas Takes A Cross-Sector Approach to Reduce School Suspension and Lower Youth Crimes For 10-18-Yead-Olds
Advising Generation Z hand-selected several school districts and juvenile justice programs throughout Texas to be the first state to pilot the DRJ Framework, before serving organizations nation-wide. The image above was taken at Samsung's Executive Briefing Center in Dallas and has a combination of youth professionals and community leaders. This two-year pilot resulted in providing nearly 6,000 low-risk youth and first-time offenders and their families with wrap-around services and opportunities to see themselves as future leaders. The 2024-2025 organizations selected to pave the way for redirected misguided youth in Texas are as follows: Grayson County Juvenile Services, Denison ISD, Irving ISD, Grand Prairie ISD, Fort Worth Municipal Court, Crowley ISD, Dallas County Municipal Court, Duncanville ISD, DeSoto ISD, Collin County JJAEP, Chapel Hill ISD, Texarkana ISD, Lufkin ISD, Longview ISD, Wichita Falls ISD and Sherman ISD.
